Remove & Collect The Freon Charge From Both Cooler & Freezer Systems.
Carefully Cap-Off, Disassemble and Remove The Connections to The Sprinkler Piping,
Carefully Remove The Top Mounted Condensers, Separate and Remove
The Roof Panels, Doors, Side Panels, Floor Panels, Floor Ramp, Interior
Lighting and Sprinkler Heads and Piping. You Must Provide Material Handling
Equipment To Remove and Load All Of The Above Equipment Onto Your
Trucks or Trailers From The Building’s Loading Dock. Liability Insurance Is Required.

All sales are final unless explicitly implied and stated otherwise by user selling through our platform.

We take no part in the refund and exchange of equipment and material sold here unless product model number, serial number are not identified in sales agreement executed.    

Equipment Surplus List LLC will be held completely free of any liabilities therein.   

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Equipment Surplus List sells heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment with customer service and client satisfaction regarded as our number one priority.

We highly encourage your questions to be communicated to Equipment Surplus List or to its third party vendors about the specifics of what you are buying before making a final buying decision.

The following outlines the specifics of our return and refund policy.

Equipment Surplus List only accepts returns for items that have been badly misrepresented, shipped incorrectly or damaged by the shipper.

Returns and exchanges will only be considered within 14 days of sale. The fourteen days will begin once the product has been received by the buyer (verified by the shipper).

All orders subject to 25% restocking fee. We do not offer a refunds for shipping unless product was very poorly misrepresented (stated wrong voltage, incorrect model number, wrong manufacturer) or shipped incorrectly (meaning we were given correct information but a shipping mistake was made on our end).

If product or equipment is determined to be returnable, BUYER is responsible for all shipping fees associated with getting product back to us including insurance.

The correct shipping insurance for product must be purchased in order for damages in return transit to be covered if damage occurs. Any expense related to damages to products that occur in return transit not covered by carrier’s insurance will be the responsibility of purchaser.

Shipping damage policy:

Damages of products or equipment must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date. This is to insure that we can file a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Please send an email to support@equipmentsurpluslist.com describing the damage with pictures of the product and the packaging for our consideration.

NO returns, refunds, and exchanges will be accepted if item was incorrectly ordered. All MPN (model numbers), dimensions, specs, and weights stated in description of equipment or product should be thoroughly reviewed by buyer before making buying decision.

No warranty implied, stated, or given for any equipment sold.
