Membership Terms and Conditions
Contractor, Large Contractor, and Vendor Member – Monthly Paid Plans
*Allow 2-3 days for funds to be available from the posting date of transaction.
*Billing recurring monthly until canceled (every 30 days starting from date of activation).
*Cancel anytime. No contract.
*If the listing user cancels plan before 30 days no pro-rated refund will be offered or is inferred.
*All listings subject to approval. All data and information subject to an at will revision, removal, and deletion by site ownership. Furthermore, ownership of EquipmentSurplusList.com reserves the full right to ban users, IP addresses or otherwise associated account credentials without any notice, grace period, or dispute.
*Pricing subject to change if membership is canceled and later reactivated.
